SESSION 1:
HOW TO STRUCTURE MY PRESENTATION
Struggle is the prelude to success, so let's make a last effort to improve your marks. There are still two important steps we need to take. First, prepare a good presentation on one of the States and second, practice the official spoken test you will be taking some day next week.
IMPORTANT! If you missed any sessions on Miss Dalloway (pages 1-87) please send them ASAP.
Think of a movie that has breathtaking special effects but no storyline. Does it have any chances of becoming a blockbuster? Of course not. The same is true with a PowerPoint presentation. No matter how beautiful the visuals of your slide deck are, it will never be a success if it doesn’t follow a logically sound structure.

2. Answer to at least two questions from each category following the directions given in the video:
SESSION 3:
SPEAKING TEST PART 2
1. Watch the video in Session 2 from minute 30:38.
2. Role-play the different situations following the directions in the video.
SESSION 4:
SPEAKING TEST PART 3
1. Watch the video in Session 2 from minute 32:32.
2. Do Part 3 following directions in the video. If you are in class, discuss with a partner. Those at home, write down the conversation.
