SKIMMING A TEXT

Good morning chubbies!
Have you had breakfast already? Is this image familiar to you?
You do this to remove the surface layer of the milk after heating it. When I was a child, this was a must for me, otherwise I wouldn't drink any milk. Well, this is somehow what we do when we first read a text, whether it is short or long. We skim it.

2. . If you have skimmed this little text, you will be able to say what skimming a text is. Write a short definition between 8 and 10 words. Avoid definitions like: "is like when". Don't put examples.
2. Go to page 61 from your workbooks and read the TIPS carefully. Then do exercises 1 & 2.
3. To conclude, read this text and answer the questions in your notebooks.
